Our desire is to be seen as an extension of our client's team (without being on the payroll), and we do not charge a fee for our assistance as vendor pricing models include consideration for the agent channel.
At HTA, our goal is to be a trusted resource to our clients by collaborating to design an ideal solution set that solves a problem, creates operational efficiency and/or reduces spend. Based on the specifications, we leverage our vendor network to explore specific organizations that would be best suited to satisfy the request. Once these vendor options are thoroughly explored by our team and introduced to the client, we work to negotiate the price to desired state.
